Shipping Methods & Charges
Superior Laundry Parts ships all orders via standard ground delivery, unless a different shipping method is selected at checkout. Expedited shipping such as Next Day or 2nd Day Air is available on most items (excluding oversized or heavyweight products). Final shipping costs are based on your location and the items in your order and are calculated at checkout.
Available Shipping Options (via FedEx):
- FedEx Standard Overnight®: Delivery next business day by 3 PM (or by 4:30 PM in rural areas, 8 PM for residences).
- FedEx Priority Overnight®: Delivery by 10:30 AM next business day (noon to 5 PM for rural areas). Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii may take 2 business days.
- FedEx First Overnight®: Early morning delivery next business day (between 8 AM and 9:30 AM for most areas, extended areas by 10 AM–2 PM).
Note: Oversized or heavy items may incur additional shipping fees. If applicable, we will contact you before your order is shipped to confirm any additional charges.
We do not accept third-party shipping accounts.
Shipping Cutoff Time
Orders must be placed by 2:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday to ship the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
For Overnight or 2-Day shipments, please call us in advance to confirm availability.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to ship on time, delivery delays due to weather or other uncontrollable events (e.g., natural disasters) may occur. We cannot issue refunds for shipping charges due to such delays.
Signature Requirement
For orders $1500 or more, a delivery signature will be required. If you prefer not to require a signature, please leave a note in the order comments during checkout.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for most parts and supplies. All returns must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be in unused condition and returned in their original manufacturer-sealed packaging.
- Installed or used items are not eligible for return.
- Items not in original condition or packaging may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.
- Non-returnable items include:
– Special order parts
– Electrical or electronic components
– Money box keys with special key codes
To initiate a return, contact us for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
If your return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees unless the return is due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.
International Shipping
We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.
